HTC Dream Finally FCC Approved

Putting an end to all the rumours that the Google's Android OS and world's first Android powered mobile device HTC Dream is running way behind the schedules, HTC Dream was finally approved by the FCC yesterday. Although no details on the device are yet available due to the confidentiality request by the manufacturers, it is pretty clear that the device will sport all the good connectivity options including Bluetooth and WLAN and will be running on the 1700MhZ spectrum making it another T-Mobile 3G device. The device will also support GSM 850/1900MhZ frequencies.
Read the FCC documents here: http://gullfoss2.fcc.gov/oetcf/eas/reports/ViewExhibitReport.cfm?mode=Exhibits&RequestTimeout=500&calledFromFrame=N&application_id=128913&fcc_id='NM8DRM'

FCC (The Federal Communications Commission ) approval is mandatory for any electrical devices ( correct me if i'm wrong ) to be sold in the U.S and so now we can consider that the Dream has passed it's biggest hurdle successfully. Attached picture is of an Android mockup using an iPod.
