N85, N79, Tube and more than ten more Nokia devices to be released by year end

Making the rumours of a July 17 release event more stable, Eldar at Mobile-Review has finally released the details of upcoming Nokia devices. According to his (still Russian only) article...
N79 - would be a low cost version of N82. Available from Q3 2008 at 250 - 275 Euros.
N85 - the video focussed device is expected by Nokia to be a mass market device. It will be released in the same time as N79 and will cost 350 - 375 Euros. He also notices that the N85 prototypes have been very stable. As we already know, he loves the device.
5800 Tube - Another 2008 release. Will only be an experiment of the Touch platform.

Eldar also mentions of an E75, a Sofie and a Trisha. Which, according to him, are already widespread as prototypes and he's eagerly waiting to see who'l leak the first photos of those devices. He mentions that there are around ten more not leaked Nokia devices slated for release this year.

I'm not surprised if either Sofie or Trisha is a touch device which Eldar mentioned that his little daughter played with so eagerly and handled so easily.

Nokia N78 NAM leaked

Details of the North American version of Nokia N78, including external and internal photos plus the user manual, have been posted at the FCC website. The device product code is RM-236, which differes from the N78-1's product code of RM-235 for the LACK OF 3G AND WI-FI ! Read for yourself and see the photos at at TheNokiaBlog.com.

New US 3G supported Nokia

The details of a new Nokia 3G device for the US appeared on the FCC website recently. There are no pics available, but the web site says that they will be available in 45 days. The device seems to be a flip phone with a 1500 mAh battery. Read for yourself at the official FCC websiteon this link. My money is on an Nokia 6650 NAM from AT&T.

Codename Ariane

No Doubt. This device has S60 3rd Edition Feature Pack 2. Suspected to be 5710, this device sports a 3MP Auto Focus cam in a whole new way that'll change the meaning of camera phone. I'm not surprised if three FP2 models debut at the Mobile World Congress - N96, 5710 (This) and N78. May be E66 too.

I wonder whether this will be Nokia 5700 Evolve. Hot stuff ahead at Mobile World Congress.

N96: The ultimate N96 review

Photobucket
This pic, along with a few more, appeared on the internet late last year. They are of N96, a not yet released Nokia product, which sometimes might not ever see the sun and be limited to just another testing prototype, but it deserves a writing. The phone has a Symbian S60 interface, but looks different from the current Symbian 9.2 platform and could possibly be the future Symbian 9.5. It has three menu options assigned for the key pad (like in S40 v3), instead of the two on current S60 devices. The phone lacks the Symbian pencil key, but we can be assured that the hash key has the same functionality. There seems to be a secondary video call camera, but it's not clear enough in the photos. The phone has music player controls, and interestingly, the controls are centered around the D-pad. The phone can be set in a speaker mounted position using the camera lens cover (I'll post that pic later), which will make listening to music a pleasant experience. Those are clues that this is a music oriented device. Which could have been a winner for Nokia if they released it. Who knows, may be they'll release it on time for the Ovi launch.

:The pics are NOT fake. I'll try to post more pics later, it's a bit troublesome for me as I'm mobile blogging.
