Mobile Royale - An Asian Perspective on Mobile Industry

Sri Lanka has the South Asia's only 3G networks. With speeds of up to 14.4Mbps downlink and 3.6Mbps uplink provided by Mobitel and 1.6Mbps provided by Dialog. Both networks have covered the majority of the land mass with 3G and Sri Lanka's mobile industry is already growing at a rapid pace. Nokia is the prime mobile phone manufacturing brand in Sri Lanka and is always Sri Lankans first choice. But yet, Sri Lanka is not in Nokia's website. A Sri Lankan cannot even subscribe to a newsletter from Nokia as the country list doesn't include Sri Lanka. Nokia Asia website includes even Bangladesh, India and Vietnam, why not Sri Lanka??
